Recommended Non-Perishable Items (Based on ODPEM Guidelines)

If you feel compelled to donate, the Office of Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management (ODPEM) recommends the following non-perishable items:

Food Items:

  • Canned goods (meats, fish, vegetables, fruits)
  • Dried foods (rice, beans, pasta, oats)
  • Powdered milk and infant formula
  • Peanut butter and crackers
  • Energy bars and granola bars
  • Bottled water

Hygiene & Personal Care:

  • Soap, shampoo, and toothpaste
  • Feminine hygiene products
  • Diapers (infant and adult)
  • Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes
  • First aid supplies

Household Essentials:

  • Flashlights and batteries
  • Tarps and plastic sheeting
  • Blankets and towels
  • Cleaning supplies
  • Mosquito repellent

Other Needs:

  • New or gently used clothing
  • Battery-powered or hand-crank radios
  • Portable phone chargers
