- The Donation page will be activated (info select Donate)
- The Donation Page will show “Donate Now” which is for general donations – OR Help Jamaica Rise Again (Donate to Hurricane Melissa Relief)
- Select Donate to Hurricane Melissa Relief
- It takes you to the Donate to this campaign page
- Select Donate Now
- Enter the Amount
- Send a messaged – Enter Rise Jamaica Relief
- Continue to Completion Donation (you will be taken to My Giving Basket)
- Your donation amount will be displayed
- Under my giving basket as shown below there is an area called Help us help more charities, where you can add a 1-time tax deductible donation. If you select yes that amount will be added to your original donation. If you ignore there will be zero dollars added.
- Donor and tax information for your Canada Revenue receipt (CRA requires full information this section must be completed correctly for your receipt. You will be asked if you want to provide your name or information or not, (select as you wish) Save & Continue
